NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-001376, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA10 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA10 is Plaintiff and GAIL GIMBERNART-BROWNE and
TENANT N/K/A CHARLES BROWNE, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the LOBBY ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on MARCH 25, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
