NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-9217, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CAPITAL ONE, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH JOHNSTON, et.al., are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 23 day of March, 2015, on the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Fl. 34112 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, CANDLEWOOD THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 64 AND 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The Property address is 536 Carpenter Ct., Naples, Florida 34110-2121.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIST PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE DATE.
