NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015, and entered in 2011-CA-004274 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT3, is the Plaintiff and CAROLE HALLER; WATERWAYS OF NAPLES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR SILVER STATE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. D/B/A SILVER STATE MORTGAGE; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 NKA JEAN FOX are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on March 23, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 91, OF WATERWAYS OF NAPLES UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 35 THROUGH 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
