Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 25, 2013, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on February 24, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 31, GOLDEN ESTATES, UNIT NO. 50. IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 82 AND 83, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at eleven o'clock a.m., on March 23, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
