NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 5, 2015 and entered in Case NO. 41-2010-CA-001659 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006- 25, is the Plaintiff and ALMA MARTINEZ; ASSOCIATION OF SUMMER PLACE OWNERS, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 3/19/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 16-C, SUMMER PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1009, PAGE 1351 THROUGH 1413, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGE 31, AS AMENDED, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
