Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 24, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of R.B. “Chips” Shore, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
APARTMENT 8, BUILDING “D”, CORTEZ PLAZA APARTMENT “D”, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 427, PAGE 251, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
