NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 2 day of March, 2015, in Civil Action No. 14-CC-001561, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which MICHAEL B. DREPANOS, is the Defendant, and FOXMOOR OF FOXFIRE CONDOMINIUM III ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 25 day of March, 2015, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
That Certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 108, FOXMOOR OF FOXFIRE CONDOMINIUM III, a Condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms, and other provision of the Declaration thereof recorded in OR Book 1097, Pages 204 through 279, Inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida and Subsequent Amendments thereto.
