NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale dated February 18, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2010CA006611 of the Circuit Court of the twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour Community Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Marc Kelly and Sherry Kelly, are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 3rd day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 499, STONEYBROOK AT THE HERITAGE HARBOUR, SUBPHASE C, UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 8757 Stone Harbour Loop, Brandton, FL 34212.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than The property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
