NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-007810 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust, NA, successor trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee f/b/o registered holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns ARM Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and Michael Brian Finelli, Tenant #1 NKA Amanda Walker, Palm Cove of Bradenton Condominium Association, Inc., The Unknown Spouse of Michael Brian Finelli, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 25th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
