NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2015, in the above-styled cause, and published in the Business Observer, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on April 2, 2015, the following described property:
Unit 42 of SKYWAY VILLAGE ESTATES, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1396, Pages 1845 through 1908, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
