NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-052328, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-W4 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ALVAH P. BREITWEISER A/K/A ALVAH P. BRIETWEISER A/K/A ALVAH PAUL BRIETWEISER, DECEASED; LYNN B. VICKERSTAFF; KAREN WHITEHAIR; KARL PAUL BREITWEISER; DAWN SIRIANNI; SUSAN HINCK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A MARCUS NORRIS, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 27 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6 OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS WHISKEY CREEK ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
