NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 17, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-CA-052550 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Cadd Balogh aka Cadd W. Balogh; Bonnie Balogh aka Bonnie A. Balogh nka Bonnie Kelly aka Bonnie A Kelly; GE Money Bank; Unknown Spouse Cadd Balogh aka Cadd W. Balogh; Unknown Spouse Bonnie Balogh aka Bonnie A. Balogh nka Bonnie Kelly aka Bonnie A Kelly; Unknown Tenant/Occupant(s) are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 18th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 30, UNIT 8, LEHIGH ACRES SUBDIVISION, SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27, EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 35 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
