Damron a/k/a Max Damron and Carole Ann Damron a/k/a Carole A. Damron, husband and wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 AM. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on May 27, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 708, of Ariel Condominium of the Landings, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1644, Page 242, and as subsequently amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto.
