NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-CA-051927 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-KS2 is the Plaintiff and Sherylee Crowley; Charles Crowley are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 20th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, UNIT N0.1, BOWLING GREEN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 73, OF THE public RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
