NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2015 and entered in Case No. 36-2014-CA-052049 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which OneWest Bank N.A., is the Plaintiff and Maria Perez, Dabeiba Aguirre a/k/a Dabeyba Aguirre, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 1 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 3 OF WHITEHEAD CREEK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGES 80 AND 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
