NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2015 and entered in Case No. 36-2014-CA-052060 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon Trust Company, Na Fka The Bank Of New York Trust Company, NA as successor-in-interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Trustee for certificateholders of American General Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-1, American General Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-1 , is the Plaintiff and Leslie R. Newman a/k/a Leslie Newman, Dale Newman a/k/a Dale Lee Newman, Suncoast Credit Union f/k/a Schools Federal Credit Union, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 1 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
