NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated March 3, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-051272 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 4 day of May, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK 1620, CAPE CORAL UNIT 30, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 26 THROUGH 34, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
