NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of foreclosure, dated June 18, 2014, and Order on Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale, dated February 19, 2015, in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, PRESTON RIDGE PARTNERS INVESTMENT II TRUST, a Delaware limited partnership, is an Assignee of Plaintiff, KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2013-2, is the Plaintiff, and JOHN L. LEE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN L. LEE NOW KNOWN AS BOBBI LEE, SHERMAN ACQUISITION LIMITED PARTNERSHIP and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NOW KNOWN AS BOBBY TRENT, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Paula S.
