NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-006373-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for The Certificateholders of CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-7, Plaintiff and Walter Douglass Patton a/k/a Walter Douglas Patton a/k/a Walter Dougl Patton a/k/a Walter Patton are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 31, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 494, BEACON WOODS VILLAGE FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, ON FILE RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, AT PAGE 63.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
