NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 5, 2014, entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-007545-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Linda Willoughby a/k/a Linda Carr; Leo Willoughby; Any and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the herein named individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other claimants; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 19th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 20 AND 21, BLOCK F, ZEPHYR PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, A PORTION OF WHICH SAID PLAT HAS BEEN CANCELLED OF RECORD, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS: THE EAST 100 FEET OF THE WEST 488.8 FEET OF THE NORTH 138 FEET OF THE SOUTH 500 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ALL LYING AND BEING IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
