NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA000430CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2005-3 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff KIAN RESOURCES LLC, A NEVADA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; ALI SAMIMI; DAWANA SAMIMI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR EXPRESS CAPITAL LENDING; GRAND OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; GRAND OAKS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BILLY TURNAGE, are defendants. Paula S. O'neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 30th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49, BLOCK 1, OF GRAND OAKS PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
