NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2014, and entered in the above styled case, wherein TRAILS ASSOCIATION, INC. A CONDOMINIUM, is the Plaintiff and GARY LEE ECKART, et al, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on March 24, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property:
Lot 296 of SPANISH TRAILS VILLAGE, a Condominium, according to Plat Book 13, Pages 59 and 60, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed September 25, 1974, in Official Record Book 767, Page 445, as Clerk's Instrument No. 413898, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and an interest in the limited common elements, if any, appurtenant to said unit.
A perpetual and non-exclusive easement in common with, but not limited to, all other owners of undivided interest in the improvements upon the land above described for ingress and egress and use of all public passageways as well as common areas and facilities upon the land above described.
