NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 1, 2014 and the Order Granting Ore Tenus Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale as to Property Located at 9222 Regency Park Boulevard entered on February 17, 2015 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the following described property situated in Pasco County, Florida:
A part of Tracts 56 and 61, PORT RICHEY COMPANY SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 61, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of EMBASSY HILLS UNIT FOUR, as per Plat Book 12, Pages 16 and 17, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, run thence South 89° 44' 30” East, 85 feet; thence South 00° 09' 49” West, 630 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run South 89° 44' 30” East, 181.27 feet; thence South 00° 03' 47” West, 200 feet; thence North 89° 44' 30” West, 181.62 feet; thence North 00° 09' 49” East, 200 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, lying and being in Section 22, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida.

to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Hernando County Government Center, First Floor Lobby near the information desk, 20 North Main St., Brooksville, Florida 34601, beginning at 11:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter on March 26, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
Any person who is claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
