NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 3, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007179-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013-I-NH by MCM Capital Partners, LLC, its trustee is the Plaintiff and Angelisa Walker; Unknown Spouse of Angelisa Walker; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 195, BROWN ACRES, UNIT SIX ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 122 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
