YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose Mortgage covering the following described real and personal property, to wit:
Unit 112-D, SADDLEBROOK CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, A Condominium according to the Declaration thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 1095, Page 1463 and amended in O.R. Book 1146, Page 53, and amendments thereto and being further described in Condominium Plat Book 19, Pages 56-61 and amended in Condominium Plat Book 20, Pages 48-51 together with a non-exclusive easements over and across the land described in O.R. Book 821, Page 1006 and in O.R. Book 839, Page 1763, all inclusive of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to file your answer, pleadings and written defenses with the Clerk of said Court and to serve a copy thereof upon the Plaintiff or Plaintiff's attorney, Sean J. Fisher, Esquire of Sirote & Permutt, P.C., 1115 East Gonzalez Street, Pensacola, FL 32503, no later than thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief sought in the complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation, Business Observer, in Sarasota, Pasco County, Florida.
