NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 29th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-008534, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JONATHAN FREDRICKS, III; SECURITY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CAROL L. DILLON; JAMES M. DILLON; SHIRLEY FREDRICKS; JANE DOE N/K/A ALTAVIA BUNTS; AS UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, LESS AND EXCEPT THE EAST 50 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 1, SULPHUR HILL, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
