NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2015, entered in Case No. 10-CA-006725 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Lynn W. Black Jr.; Unknown Spouse of Lynn W. Black, Jr. if any; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; The Temple Terrace Patio Homes Condominium Association, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe Tenants in Possession; Unknown Spouse of Lynn W. Black, Jr. if any are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 19th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 58, OF TEMPLE TERRACE PATIO HOMES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3071, PAGE 695, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3665, PAGE 1815, AND IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4044, PAGE 1568 AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
