NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 4, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-011805-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL L. YEARWOOD A/K/A MICHAEL LEE YEARWOOD; MELISSA K. YEARWOOD AKA MELISSA KAY YEARWOOD A/K/A MELISSA OSTHOFF; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELISSA K. YEARWOOD A/K/A MELISSA KAY YEARWOOD A/K/A MELISSA OSTHOFF; STONEWOOD TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A WOODFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA CLERK OF COURT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on March 23, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, FIELDSTONE VILLAGE AT WOODFIELD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
