NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-000260 in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC, Plaintiff, and, LUCELLE C. ISHMAEL, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 8th day of April, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 12 BLOCK B, CORAL HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31 AT PAGES 71 THROUGH 73 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
