NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2015, and entered in 10-014191-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FINANCIAL FREEDOM ACQUISITION LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES DEVISEES ASSIGNEES LIENORS CREDITORS TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PAULA CHARLES, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A BRENT HARRIS; ISPC ; PAULA KAY CALDWELL; TERRY CHARLES are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 23, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, AMBLESIDE FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, AT PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
