NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 04, 2015, and entered in 10-011179-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FINANCIAL FREEDOM ACQUISITION LLC is the Plaintiff and SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAUREEN KANE LOOS N/K/A BILL LOOS; FIVE TOWNS OF ST PETERSBURG, NO 301, INC. ; DARLENE KANE MATTHEWS, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JOYCE H KANE AKA JOYCE CLAIRE KANE ; GARY J KANE, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JOYCE H KANE AKA JOYCE CLAIRE KANE; GLENN S KANE, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JOYCE H KANE AKA JOYCE CLAIRE KANE; MAUREEN KANE LOOS, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JOYCE H KANE AKA JOYCE CLAIRE KANE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 23, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; BERKSHIRE BUILDING UNIT C-301, OF FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG NO. 301, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED NOVEMBER 22, 1972 IN OFFICAL RECORDS BOOK 3929, PAGE 493, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 72-147809 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGE 49, 50 AND 51 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 0.757% SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. A PERPETUAL AND NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL OTHER OWNERS OF UNDIVIDED INTERESTS IN THE IMPROVEMENTS UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED FOR INGREE AND EGRESS AND USE OF ALL PUBLIC PASSAGEWAYS, AS WELL AS COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
