NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2015, and entered in 2012-CA-012109 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-12 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and KATHRYN MILLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHRYN MILLER; KAREN WILDER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAREN WILDER are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 23, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, LESS THE EAST 130.00 FEET TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 5 FEET OF VACATED 10 FOOT ALLEY LYING ADJACENT TO LOTS 7 AND 8, AND A PORTION OF LOT 6 AND VACATED 10 FOOT ALLEY CONTIGUOUS THEREWITH DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 6 RUN WEST 130.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE WEST 60.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00°47'00” WEST, 47.50 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 51°56'06” EAST, 77.03 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS AND EXCEPT THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF SAID LOT 8 AND VACATED ALLEY ALL IN BLOCK 113, SECOND ADDITION TO PINELLAS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 8 AND 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
