YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, HIDDEN RIDGE OF TARPON SPRINGS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 11, HIDDEN RIDGE TOWNHOMES, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 129, Pages 71 through 73, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1471 Hidden Court, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 4-6-15, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
