NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-006211-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., POPPY CARLSON-SANDOVAL, MIGUEL SANDOVAL, PINE ACRES HEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., BARCLAYS BANK DELAWARE, UNKNOWN TENANT/OCCUPANT(S), UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MIGUEL SANDOVAL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF POPPY CARLSON-SANDOVAL, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of March, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24, PINE ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE(S) 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; FROM A POINT OF BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 24, OF SAID PINE ACRES, RUN NORTH 0 DEGREES 40` WEST ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 24, 132.16 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 46` EAST, 80 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 40` EAST, 132.1 FEET ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 24, TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 46` 09” WEST, 80 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
