NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 30 January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-009509-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee, Successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to Lasalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-OA6 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Carla Books, Homeonwers Association Of Windward Pointe Condo Inc, Unknown Parties in Possesstion #1 n/k/a Ashley M. Fleming, Washington Mutual Bank A Federal Association Now Knows As JPMorganChase Bank National Association, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 31st of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
