YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff has filed a Complaint for the purposes of foreclosing any interest that you have in the real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is currently located in PASADENA YACHT & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., which is located in Pinellas County, and which is more fully described as:
Lot 62, Kipp's Colony Estates at Pasadena Yacht & Country Club, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 100 Page 72 through 75 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Also known as: Lot 62 Kipps Colony Dr. E. Gulfport, FL 33707
This action has been filed against you as Defendant, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff attorney, whose address is: Karen E. Maller, Esq., Powell, Carney, Maller, P.A., One Progress Plaza, Suite 1210, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 on or before 4-6-15, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR FOUR (4) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
