NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 17, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-006864, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and GABRIELLA M. PANGRITZ; HELGA BARDENHEUER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HELGA BARDENHEUER; STEPHEN G. WATTS, SR AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF HELGA I. BARDENHEUER; MONACO RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GABRIELLA M. PANGRITZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IS POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on March 26, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 117, BUILDING E, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE MONACO RESORT CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14464, PAGE 1280, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 14500, PAGE 592, AND CONDOMINIUM PLATS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 137, PAGES 76-87, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 138, PAGE 31, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
