NOTICE is hereby given that, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 23rd day of March, 2015, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK A, CROSS BAYOU ESTATES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 58 AND 59 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
