Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 1, 2014, and entered into Civil Court Action 13-9887-CI-08 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which SMILEY HOMES CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and PATERNO SHEFFIELD n/k/a PATERNO C. MUNNS-SHEFFIELD, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on March 26, 2015, the following described property as set forth in the Order which is:
Lot 23 and 24, Block I, East Pasadena, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 55 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
