YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in PINELLAS County, Florida:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit Number 152, Bldg. 1, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of THE OAKS OF NORTHWOOD, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 5138, Pages 832 through 880, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 47, Pages 21 through 25, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida..
has been filed against you. You are required to file written defenses with the clerk of the court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first publication on or before 4-6-15 of this notice on Plaintiff's attorney, Anne M. Malley, P.A., 210 South Pinellas Avenue, Suite 200, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
