YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 70, as shown on Condominium plat of Patriot Square Condominium Apartments Section 1, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 12, Pages 55 through 58, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded November 22, 1972, as recorded in Official Records Book 3929, Pages 725 through 779, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the Exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof, and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it, on Plaintiff's attorney, whose name is STARLETT M. Hoover Blvd., Suite 130, Tampa, FL 33609, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court within 30 days from the first publication, or you will be defaulted and a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. A response date to Attorney is due on or before 4-6-,2015.
