CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 211, OF BOCA CIEGA RESORT AND MARINA CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14187, PAGE 623, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS
and commonly known as: 8800 BAY PINES BLVD UNIT 211, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33709; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on April 8, 2015 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
