NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to an Execution issued in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, on the 17th day of November A.D., 2014 in the cause wherein Palm Coast Recovery Corp., etc., was plaintiff(s), and Armando F. Mizio was defendant(s), being Case No. 10-CC-028004 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, Armando F. Mizio aka Armando Frank Mizio in and to the following described property to wit:

and on the 9th day of April A.D., 2015, at 1955 Carroll St., in the city of Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, I will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” all of the said defendant's right, title and interest in the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, as provided by law, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the described Execution.
