NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-002503 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4, Plaintiff and Paul L. Duda are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO, 264-1, OF BUILDING NO. 6, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN 0. R. BOOK 5206, PAGES 1985 THROUGH 2108, INCLUSIVE, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 106 THROUGH 136, INCLUSIVE, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
