PEREZ A/K/A MARIA B. RIVERA A/K/A MARIA V. THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY SITUATE IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA VIZ: THE NORTH 50 FEET OF THE WEST 88 FEET OF THE UNNUMBERED SCHOOL LOT IN BLOCK 12, AND THE WEST 60 FEET OF THE EAST 120 OF THE NORTH 73 FEET OF THE UNNUMBERED SCHOOL LOT IN BLOCK 12, ANN PARK HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO PERPETUAL EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS COMMENCING 73 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE UNNUMBERED SCHOOL LOT IN BLOCK 12, ANN PARK HEIGHTS, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE NORTH ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF THE LOT A DISTANCE OF 8 FEET; THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 120 FEET; THENCE SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 16 FEET; THENCE EAST A DISTANCE OF 120 FEET; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF LOT, A DISTANCE OF 8 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
