NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015, in the above-styled cause, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
All that certain Condominium parcel situate, lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida, and composed of Condominium Unit No. 49, “F” Northeast Wing, Building B-37, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT FORTY THREE, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O. R. Book 4657, Pages 402-429, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 27, Page 37, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and more commonly described as 2351 Irish Lane, #49, Clearwater, FL 33763.
at public sale, on the 7th day of April, 2015 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
