NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 22 of THE MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT SEVEN according to the Plot Plan thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 80, Pages 74 and 75, inclusive, and the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 5886, Pages 945, et seq., all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto, if any. With the following street address: 8809 41st Way N., Pinellas Park, Florida 33782.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 10, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
