NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-039380-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and LUIS A. FIGUEROA; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; WANDA C. FIGUEROA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 25th day of March, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
