NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed 26th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-035102 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (FNMA) is Plaintiff and MARIA BETANCURTH; LEONARDO BETANCURTH; LEONARDO BETANCURTH, TRUSTEE OF THE LEONARDO BETANCURTH REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MAY 20, 2004; MARIA BETANCURTH, TRUSTEE OF THE LEONARDO BETANCURTH REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MAY 20, 2004; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNTRUST BANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 30th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
