NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-011186-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein MANDEEP NARULA, et al., is the Plaintiff, and JEAN CHRISTOPHE KLING, et al., are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Russell Moore as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at https://www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on April 8, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 28, Building 3, WALDEN PALMS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 8444, Page 2553, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
